Residential Expansion Projects
The site is developed with a residential building featuring nine units. The project proposes to change the number of units from nine to fourteen. Construction will bring 13 residential units and one ADU. Twelve parking spaces have been proposed for development on the site.
The seven-story addition will yield around 17,900 square feet, including 1,300 square feet of usable open space. Eight new apartments will be added to the site for a total site capacity of nine for-ownership units once complete.
