My Story

It all began when I was in elementary school. My mom was diagnosed with cancer. I saw my mom who was healthy and fit, struggle to walk some days. It was scary. The fear of losing her made me realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I saw her journey back to health. This was where my obsession with fitness began.

I began to read and watch everything I could find. I wanted to know how to get strong. I wanted to know what to eat and what not to eat. I asked for a barbell and weights for Christmas. My parents always supported me - finding me coaches, trainers, and mentors along the way. These people inspired me and guided me on my journey.

It was through my own journey that I became inspired to help others. I started by training my brother. One of my mentors, Lisa Reither, encouraged me to get certified in CrossFit. She allowed me to shadow her as she trained. She helped me expand my knowledge of functional fitness. I learned the importance of good form and how to work with a diverse clientele of all ages and fitness levels.

My approach to personal training is rooted in understanding your unique needs and aspirations. I believe that fitness should be personalized, challenging, and enjoyable. Through carefully tailored workout programs and one-on-one guidance, I strive to empower you to become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.

My friend Anthony who is a personal trainer gave me this T-shirt and I love the message.
